How Townhouse Australia works

We make it easier to find and compare new townhouses by putting the developments selling in each city in one place, in one format.

Where the details come from

We compile each listing from publicly available information about the project, including the developer’s own marketing. We record the facts — location, developer, number of homes, bedrooms, starting prices, construction status and expected completion — and write our own summaries. Details change often, so every listing shows when it was last checked. Always confirm prices and availability with the developer.

What happens when you enquire

When you request a price list or send an enquiry about a development, we pass your details to that development’s sales team so they can contact you with floor plans, pricing and availability. If you sign up for alerts, we email you when new developments that match what you’ve told us are listed. Both are free.

What we’re not

We’re not a developer, a builder or a real estate agent. We don’t sell property, negotiate on anyone’s behalf or give financial advice. Listing a development here isn’t a recommendation to buy it.
